Too simplistic

This is really only a payment tracker- too few features for a true rental property manager -- no means of tracking expenses associated with the property or to set up periodic costs or extras (such as parking or laundry). Interface uses days as the only period. It should be able to be set up by month or year. Interface is nice, but doesnt do much for the user.

I tried

I tried working with the creator and he was easy to contact but the app is too hard to use. A simple app for this price should be easy, it does not take monthly rentals you must enter price per day. I became fustrated trying to just enter one property with tenants.

oh boy

poorly designed, difficult to use, looking on the bright side it only cost me $20 and few hours of my time to learn all that

Its a good start

But it needs some help. The financial colum is cumbersome and hard to understand the logic behind the numbers. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out of it. For data entry and basic level management it is sufficient once you understand the process.

Not worth it, even if it was free.

This app is terrible. Ripoff. No good for tracking rental properties at all.

Don

I have had this for three weeks or so and still cant make head or tails of it. I needed it to keep track of expenses but cannot even add the expense???? Hate it. wish I could get my money back.

:(

Worst app ever. So disappointed.
