The ProSignRepair.com – Mobile Sign Spotter is an application designed for authorized users of the website to find and enter specific details for local electrical sign outages. The application enables the users to photograph an electrical sign at night, automatically enters the address information using GPS technology and asks 5 specific sign repair questions to complete a lead submission. The five questions are… 1. Sign Type 2. Visible damage / physical description of the outage 3. Height of the sign 4. Potential Obstacles to lift equipment 5. An area for custom notes and/or comments Once submitted, the information is uploaded to the ProSignRepair.com website and is available in an easily searchable format. Visitors, who have been notified with a custom printed notice, can visit the website to see what their sign looked like the night before and find out what their cost would be to have the sign repaired. The application requires a login & password for security and references the website for authorization to use the app. The application also references the site to confirm that the location of the lead is within the users authorized area to submit a lead.
