Description
PsychMeds is an application that gives you the ability to monitor, record and graph symptom improvement related to medication prescribed by your physician or psychiatrist.
By keeping an accurate record of symptoms you are able to more objectively monitor your weekly/monthly improvement and reactions to any single medication or combination of medications so that you can inform your physician about improvement or negative effects of the prescription. In addition PsychMeds lets you note information or data that you may want to discuss during your scheduled visit with your doctor.
The graphing capability of PsychMeds lets you see an ongoing cumulative record of individual symptoms and an average of symptoms in each of four categories including cognitive symptoms, physical symptoms, emotional/feeling symptoms, and behavioral symptoms. In this way you can judge in which areas the medication is resulting in positive improvement.
The PsychMeds application is a convenient way of taking charge of your own response to medications, which you can utilize as an objective record for your own and your doctor’s use in making decisions about your treatment.
PsychMeds is easy to use and provides a more detailed objective record of symptom change over time in response to medication treatment. It lets you take charge of gathering and providing an objective record of your symptoms for yourself and for your treating doctor.
