The PT Clinic Intake app is interactive and very easy to use. The app that helps physical therapists collect important patient data which can enhance patient therapy. Patients provide data about their medical history and disability using 3 common scientific scales.
The scientific scales include:
1) Quick DASH for disabilities of the arm, shoulder, and hand;
2) Modified Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability questionnaire
3) Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS).
Unlike many other apps, the PT Clinic Intake app is based on proven scientific methods. After a patient answers all questions, a report can be wirelessly printed or emailed for inclusion in medical records.
