The PTO Directory App is a simple, secure, safe and very interactive way for all parents and guardians to keep in touch on-the-go. This is the generic version that allows a PTO or PTA the ability to test out the PTO Directory Application, at no cost, to see all the customized features available.
With the PTO Directory App, parents and guardians can call, text or email anyone in your PTO/PTA, directly from your phone. You can look up classmates by name, grade level or teacher. Contact them (call, email, text, even get driving directory) directly from the PTO Directory App.
Plus you can download classroom lists, board member information, school staff contact information, the group’s calendar, social media links and send direct message to all members. Other features include personalized security login that needs to be entered every time you open the app. There is also a space for you to sell advertising to your schools biggest supporters.
Your PTO/PTA members will always be in sync with your directory site. This means that any updates to their personal information will immediately be reflected in the app. No longer will delays or typos result in mistakes in your directory.
