Je confirme , très bonne appli mais: on ne trouve pas les V-UP push up pour les intégrer à un entraînement perso.... À part ça toujours aussi efficace.

Propaganda no pago, sem poder desativar?????

Programa seria bom sem não tivesse propagandas na versão paga. E pior, não tem como desabilitar. Sempre que eu entro, tem um raio de uma pagina com propaganda de outros softwares. Paguei justamente pra evitar isso...

Finally an app with a great fitness plan which really increased my strenght. It has many Levels and you can edit every Workout, I really recommend it !!! Just 4 Stars, because sometimes the tempo is much to fast but you can edit the tempo
