I bought a Qsee (QS4816) system with 16 analog cameras. I monitor this via WAN using my IPhone 6s plus. I contacted Qsee via Chat line 10/3/17 and basically I was told that the QS DVR is out of legacy product and that I would have to get a new Hybrid DVR. I am retired and 79 years old and rely on the security cameras, and to lose this service because Qsee does not want to update their software is very irresponsible on their part.
