Easily create your estimates and invoices using Qapla Invoice now! The flexibility of Qapla Invoice allows its use in many sectors of activity.
The main features and functions are:
• Professional template including your logo
• Create estimates and invoices
• Invoice built from billing items, entered by you, reusable and customizable as needed
• All texts on documents can be customized. You could use our app in English and translate texts appearing on invoices and estimates in a language we are not yet supporting!
• Create your customer base
• Track your bills (saved, sent, pending payment, paid, canceled)
• Customize taxes, language, paper size
• Documents are generated as PDF that can be sent anywhere
• Send by email (addresses that can be preconfigured by client)
• Possibility of sharing with your iOS applications supporting PDF
• Notice for a configurable payment term (date or number of days)
• Space for comments or other information (free text)
• Automatic numbering of invoice using rules
• Multiple sorting options
• Create drafts that you can finish later
• Export invoices as ZIP or CSV
• Import items and clients in batch from CSV files
• Create clients by importing from your contacts
• Generate PDF reports
Each of the subscription modes includes a free month:
• Basic subscription - limited to 5 invoices and 10 estimates per calendar month
• Unlimited subscription - Unlimited number of invoice and estimate
Your subscription include a free trial period that starts once your purchase is confirmed with your iTunes account. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will begin and will renew automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Your iTunes account will be charged for the following period, except if you disable the automatic renewal or you cancel your subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
