When viewing on cellular and not connected to the same wifi the app barley works on iOS. Also have to log back in every time you re open the app. When viewing recorded list on iPhone does not buffer fast enough.

I normally write my password down but some reason I didnt on this app. I cant retrieve it. It keeps saying it sent it to my email and nothing shows up. Im hoping support answers me.
