No channel switching, no getting lost in stations, just ...Quantum Radio, which has been streaming since 1989, making it one of the oldest streaming stations on the internet. Now, with this app, you dont have to search through the thousands of listings on places like Apple Radio(AppleTV), Shoutcast, AudioRealm and IceCast - although you will find Quantum Radio there. Now if you want to listen via almost any of your devices, just open Q-Radio up and tap the start button. Within moments the stream will be playing for your enjoyment.
Currently, there is no Track Title or times displayed, because there are so many different stream types, it was decided to go for the maximum number of stream capabilities, rather than limit the player to one or two types of streaming media. Even though Quantum Radio is one station, it nevertheless streams in a number of different formats.
No in-app advertising, no nagging about upgrading - just the music. Quantum Radio is one of the very few streaming stations that has almost no advertising. Just the music. An eclectic mix of World Music, International beats, the occasional modern and mood track... and a tiny bit of country.
