・Tap the “Scan” button and hold your smartphone horizontally over the target after starting the application.
・To get a sharp focus, slowly adjust the position of your smartphone little by little.
・The application would successfully respond within 5 to 15 cm from the target.
*Bring the target under a well-lit environment.

-Check if the camera lens is clean.
-Light around the target and try again.

-Check if the camera is turned “ON” from the settings of your smartphone.(OS version 8 or later only)

最高やんー！
全く使えない
馬鹿なの？ってくらい使えません。 明るくしたってカメラを拭いたって水平に当てたって、全然読み取らない。 iPhone5sでロッキン2016の読み取りです。 これだけ酷評されてるのに使用もトラブルシューティングも全然改善されないとか、怠慢。無能。 QRコードの方がよっぽど優秀。 出すなら、ちゃんと使えるようになってからにしてほしい。 読み取り期限はどうしてくれるのか。
