Our method is one of the most powerful ways how to became calm, relaxed and balanced in the quickest and easiest possible way. You can use the app when you are traveling, in a work, before you go to sleep or wherever there is no need for your full attention for 5 minutes. Our relaxation / meditation technique works perfectly when somebody annoys you or something throws you off-balance.
HOW IT WORKS
Quick Relaxation is using the practices from various meditation and relaxation methods. First you are guided to calm your breath and free your mind. Then neuro-linguistic sentences are presented to you to overpower bad mood, anger, anxiety or depression. Carefully picked sound - rain background is helping to speed up the whole process. After 5 minutes you should feel more relaxed and all negative energy is converted to positive energy of the same amount. Great thing about this method is that you can repeat it several times and every time makes you more and more relaxed.
