Bei ungefähr jeden zweiten Aufruf der App wird statt der Kontoübersicht nur leerer Bildschirm angezeigt. Die App oder der Server Schein nicht ausgereift zu sein.
Doesnt work on iOS 7.1 earlier versions!
Thanks to your last update, which is done automatically, now I cant access my NetBanking. I have iOS 7 and I am not upgrading to iOS 7.1! You should not block the access to earlier versions of iOS 7.1. IT SHOULD WORK ON iOS 7! DONT EXPECT TO FORCE USERS TO UPGRADE TO iOS 7.1 BECAUSE WE WONT. After complaining about your app on the past for not having English as an option, you have done nothing about it. Instead, you release new updates, dont address your customers issues, and now you want to force them to upgrade their iOS to 7.1, by blocking access to earlier versions. I HAD ENOUGH OF YOU! I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND FORMALY WRITTING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS SERVICE.
iOS 7 blocked!
For all the iOS 7.1 earlier versions, the app has blocked them. Unless you upgrade to iOS 7.1, you no longer can access you banking account via mobile. Customer suport is the worst we can get. No issues are addressed, no reply to your queries are performed. Why keep with Erste, when Bank of Austria is 100% better!
