QuitGentle Smoking Tracker keeps working fully on one device, but can also sync across signed iPhone and iPad builds when Cloud Sync is enabled. Location is optional and used only to support the hotspot map and place-based history. Health access is optional and is used only for recent heart-rate context when you choose to attach it to logs. The Apple Watch companion is designed for fast logging and quick support when you do not want to pull out your phone.
