All reviews →The Rewards program is awful the pump will not let me pump without a phone number. The app will not let me sign-in. Customer service is non existent, I have called multiple times and no answer, just hold forever, or call back. It would be so much better if you would just give me a discount on the gas.

I was having problems with the app when I went to redeem it wouldn’t let me check out or go back to the barcode to scan. I went to settings then help and there was a customer support number. She told me to uninstall the app then download it agin while she stayed on the phone. I did that logged in and it works fine. They updated how many points each item is and I still get my daily free drink because I’m on sultan level.
For last several months for app often shows no coupons at all (Sultan level so there should be at least one drink each day) - well after 24 hours since last use (in fact only use it about once or twice a week). Starting to go to WAWA - if I have to pay WAWA has better coffee.
The app just keep loading. Can not use app to get anything
RaceTrac app not giving me my free coffee or soda once a week for the past 3 weeks! I thought I was king of coffee!!!
