A 93.3 FM, situada na cidade de Rio do Sul, foi uma das primeiras empresas de radiodifusão em freqüência modulada a operar no estado de Santa Catarina, outorgada pela Portaria 819 de 09/08/1977. Oficialmente iniciou sua operação em 20/12/78 constituindo uma das mais inovadoras rádios FM.
A 93.3 FM foi pioneira na adoção de uma programação segmentada e exclusiva para o publico jovem contemporâneo que via nas rádios FMs a alternativa para se atualizar quanto as novas tendências musicais e notícias.
Uma visão arrojada e a forte obstinação no uso dos avanços tecnológicos a colocou como pioneira na transmissão estereofônica e garantiram à emissora a liderança nas praças atingidas.
Com uma cobertura abrangendo significativa área entre o meio oeste e o litoral do estado, e uma programação especialmente planejada para um público altamente qualificado e exigente, a 93.3 FM tornou-se sinônimo de credibilidade, qualidade e bom gosto musical.
