The Government of Mizoram has authorized Skill Lotto Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to operate and sell Mizoram State Lottery tickets. The submitted certificate serves as official proof of this authorization.
The app is intended exclusively for authorized lottery sellers in states where lottery sales are legally permitted. It does not support public participation, ticket purchases, or gambling activities.
