What a mess this app is!

Great idea but the app is a mess. You can’t lock your iPhone without shutting down the app - so if you want to put your phone in an armband, forget about it - it either stops the video or fast forwards it or shuts the app down altogether. They advertise that you can choose to listen to or watch her video or use your own playlist - but you can’t. If you try to play your own music, the app shuts down. And the music on her videos is really bad. Her exercise cues are vague and sometimes missing altogether. And on one video - the run/walk cardio - the video suddenly switches into an uphill workout, starting from the very beginning. It’s a mess and I’m surprised Apple approved it’s launch. Don’t waste your money.

First, I have two kids that was hell on my body. Ramona and her app got me into shape and really feeling better. I have to say I owe all of my thanks to her. The bugs perviously mentioned have been worked out so I have to say if you dont download this please do!

Read about Ramona in a Magazine and her 321 program, looked up the Ramona321 app and loaded it, easy with no aforementioned shutdown problems. Very impressed with the initial setup and evaluation. Each day is a different work program and catered to the level of your physical skill. My iPhone has many workout apps but Ramona321 is the best one, I dont loose enthusiasm with the apps various options from cardio and length of workouts. Thanks Ramona for creating an app that really works, I can see the changes in my body already. This app and trainer Ramona ROCK! Two thumbs up and a five star!

I love this app! Its amazing how she can evaluate you through the app then customize your program. I admit my wife started, she saw results so I secretly downloaded it. Too manly to tell her. But it has worked. Ive been working out and have less than 10% body fat and I thought I knew it all. Its amazing how much I didnt know that Ramona has taught me! 10/10 for sure!

I love this app! My typical routine has been running, elliptical and/or boot camp. I am amazed at how well this app stands up to boot camp! Its tailored to your fitness level and far more challenging than I expected. I look forward to my time with Ramona every day! She discusses form and what muscle groups youre working with each exercise. I cant imagine anyone being disappointed with this-- really gets your heart rate up and will definitely build strength in places you wouldnt ordinarily target without a trainer.

Not worth the money

It would help if it could be viewed larger in landscape. Since its only viewable in portrait, the screen is tiny and hard to see when working out at the same time. Also, there should be a demo of the exercises. I had just finished circuits when the cardio began in the middle of them already doing the workout. Since the video is small, and there was no explanation of what she was doing, I had to stop to find out. She doesnt tell you the proper way to stand or do the exercise at all.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Repetitive. Monotonous. Controlling. You cannot access the workout if a. You have already completed the workout for the day, and b. If its your day off. So forget about planning ahead for the week as I like to do. And forget a or conserving your phone battery. Also, I tried to leave multiple reviews but it kept telling me that my nickname was already in use therefore deleting my multiple paragraphs. I hope this makes it for your sake. You must be informed that this is pure junk.
