Description
Timing, when cooking needs a sequence of timers.
To start the timer, shake your device, or tap the next timer, which is colored blue. When the timer is done, the app will vibrate and speak the name of the timer that just completed if sound is on.
When cooking steak, I set the timers for the cooking times that I want. When my skillet finishes pre-heating in the oven at 500° F, I place it on the stove, place steaks on the skillet, and shake this app to start the timer. When the first timer finishes for the first side of steak, I flip the steaks, and shake the app to start the second timer. When the second timer is done, I put the skillet in the oven, and shake the app to start the third timer. After the steak finishes in the oven, I plate the steaks, wrapping them in aluminum foil to rest. And then I eat delicious steak way too fast.
When all the timers have run their course, or if you need to reset the timers, tap the menu button in the top right corner of the app to get to the Settings page. Theres a Reset All Timers button in there.
To set a time on a timer, tap the info button in the right hand corner of the timer.
