Description
The long wait is over. The “official” RBL posse app is making its debut. This first iteration includes tracks from the new 70’s baby album. Play them on demand right from your iPhone whether you’re online or not. We’ve also included high quality music videos, a gallery and a social hub where you can follow RBL’s every move via Facebook, MySpace, twitter and more.
This album is a trip back in time with soul and funk tracks from the 70’s complimenting black c’s rhyme style. The first single “stay with me” produced by Slapadelic, black c takes back to the house parties in his neighborhood with a soulful vibe of the 70’s. This album is a break from your normal bay area “hyphy & mob sound”. The 2nd single “brand nu” also produced by Slapadelic is a laidback funk track, and black c takes us through a day in the life of a bay area boss. This track is a must for dj’s nationwide, and is catching fire locally in the bay area.
“70’s baby” album shows black c’s growth lyrically and musically, with features only from his Rightway camp, and production from Sean T., Rick Rock, Rome aka Slapadelic, Blunt, So Crates, the Cheffz, and The Reason.
*****
“Black C returns with his new solo album just in time for summer. This album is pure quality from start to finish, I assure you. The production is top notch using some samples from the 70s great artists like Al Green and Willie Hutch to name a couple. The beats are very clean and polished with no fillers. When is the last time you heard an album that was great start to finish...been a long time huh? Very impressive effort from the west coast.”

*****
“Black C comes correct here. His best solo album by far. " I Got Money " is the best track by any artist ive heard in years. He took his time with this one, and it shows!”
