Have all your Instapaper, Pocket, Pinboard articles and Feedly, Fever, NewsBlur, Feedbin or Feed Wrangler RSS feeds in one convenient place even when youre offline. ReadKit has a built-in RSS engine too. This is an offline reader without syncing abilities. Subscribe either to RSS or Atom feeds, create and manage folders and import your existing subscriptions via OPML.

Browse and manage your Pinboard bookmarks with ReadKit. In addition, you can download and store the contents of these bookmarks locally.

Choose the layout, formatting and style you prefer for reading, with the ability to move, add, archive and even mark your bookmarks as favorites. The interface is simple providing a straight forward reading experience without making any compromises.

J’avais délaissé readkit pour Leaf , mais là avec cette superbe nouvelle version, satisfait de le retrouver. Un plaisir que ce nouveau design, rapide , clair, esthétique, le theme noir excellent, rien à dire mis à part l’accès au partage , les icônes ont disparues il faut passer par le menu. Sans doute un bug qui sera corrigé prochainement.

Crash nach wenigen Sekunden

Seit dem letzten Update crasht die Anwendung in unregelmäßigen Abständen, meist schon wenige Sekunden nach dem Start. Es kann dabei keine konkrete Ursache ermittelt werden, die zum Crash führt. Momentan absolut unbrauchbar. Schade.

Seit langem mein Standard-RSS-Reader auf dem Mac, läuft bei mir in Verbindung mit einem TinyTinyRSS-Server mit Fever-Plugin. Super, dass die Entwicklung nach langer Pause jetzt wieder gut voran geht.

Ich hatte schon befürchtet, ReadKit würde nicht mehr weiter entwickelt, nachdem letztes Jahr eine entsprechende Nachfrage beim Developer ohne Antwort geblieben ist. Umso mehr freue ich mich, dass es nun weitergeht :) ReadKit hat seinerzeit meinen alten NetNewsWire-Reader ersetzt, nachdem ich mit der ebenfalls guten Alternative „Reeder" nie so richtig warm wurde. Bei ReadKit werden nicht nur für alle meine Feedly Artikel angezeigt, sondern auch die aus meinem Instapaper-Account in einer Oberfläche! Tags aus Feedly können hier bequem verwaltet werden. Genial ist die Suchfunktion: Alle zum Such-Begriff passenden Artikel in Feedly oder Instapaper werden angezeigt!

Old Reader

I purchased this years ago, but use Reeder3 instead because of The Old Reader support. When Google Reader was supported, I loved this application. If this ever picks up support for The Old Reader, this will be my “go-to” rss solution again.
