Real Estate AR/VR is an app that showcases the abilities of Param Labs and highlights our versatility in a vertical that can reap the advantages of ground-breaking advances in the domain of computer vision to change the way the entire industry carries out marketing and advertising.
With the ability to view manipulable, 3D, to-scale models of properties using merely a smartphone, the users can rotate, zoom and pan the model and thus gain a better understanding of what a particular property has to offer, ultimately building a satisfactory buying experience in real estate.
But what sets this product really apart from the competition are 360° and 3D walkthroughs of the properties - the most realistic viewing of the construction from the inside to give the user an experience comparable to actually visiting the place. The user can walk around in the property either along the “viewpoints” placed on the ground for reference (in the 3D mode) or “location pins”, appropriately placed to signify areas of the interior (in the 360° mode).
In addition to the VR mode, which requires users to use a headset and offers a superior viewing experience, the app also has a provision to allow the users to experience the property simply on their smartphone screens without using a headset.
The app needs print markers to know which 3D model to display, for which we request you to use the following markers:
