Doesnt seem to work

I have fine signal, but when I hit what appears to be the locate position icon, it zooms to a google maps view with nothing in the map "no image" displayed. If I send my location its just a bunch of zeros.

only find my position on iPhone. This is universal app but NOT open on the iPad 1. NO GOOD APP !!!
