Rebl will not force you to spend less time on your smartphone, but it will help you build a habit to control what you want to see, when you want to see it. Instead of checking your smartphone by habit, set time to check social media, read news, play games, or anything you think you’re being too distracted by.

How does Rebl work?
With Rebl you can set what time you want to check your favorite apps up to two times a day. Place Rebl where you can easily see in the home screen, or next to an app that you think you spend too much time on. When you’re about to tap on your favorite app by habit, simply tap on Rebl instead. Rebl will show you a count down of how much time you have left until the next time to check your favorite apps. After that, Rebl will have a dark screen. You can also choose to send notifications at the set time.
