It is trying to convey a message. Stress, tiredness and no energy are symptoms of something else that needs to be addressed.
On this app you will find separate reflexology charts for each of the body systems. Reflexology foot charts can be confusing when all the body reflexes are combined into one chart. I have designed my own charts; one for each body system. The whole body, not just the physical reflexes, are mapped on your feet, so understanding where emotions and life issues sit on the foot can be the beginning of understanding the possible cause of your problem.
There are photos that show foot relaxation techniques and other ways to work on the foot.
This app invites you to ask questions about your pain and discomfort. They will be answered from a metaphysical perspective by Glenda Hodge author of Holistic Reflexology, the eight principles and Wisdom in Retrospect, glancing back with insight.
