I thought regions charged a fee to make a mobile deposit. It does not if you deposit without immediate funds. If you want your money available immediately then it does charge a 5.00 fee

I've had Regions bank since 2006 and recently been having troubles with getting to Billpay, Zellweger and Deposits. I get error code 4100. On both the website on my laptop and mobile app on my phone. Have turned VPN Off. I made numerous calls and an IT ticket was put in. 3 days later and it's not fixed. I'm so annoyed with Regions. Everything they have issues it takes a long time to fix it

The Lockit feature is missing form the iPad version of the Regions app, a valuable feature included on the iPhone. The iPad version is missing several card/account management features offered by the phone app. The less capable device has all the crucial functions on the smaller screen. To the better eyesight goes the spoils, apparently.

mobile snap fails so often - I am referring to "bank" printed check - should be zero issues scanning using regions mobile electronic deposit - lacks touch ID - and I receive zero email txts alerts, from regions, was working - then stop / they have no answer - i have an iphone 6S -

Thank You for improving this app. It works great now!!! Please consider adding TouchID. The absence of touched is the only reason i did not give the app 5 stars.
