Je prend un bouquin et je met la pluie, lorage et le bruit du bateau et cest génial il marrive souvent dajouter de la musique et je mendors. Quel calme avec le casque quand le monde sagite autour de vous.

Bonne application je lutilise depuis plus dun an. petit bémol depuis la mise à jour il faut repayer pour avoir une méthode de relaxation en anglais.il pourrait le mettre en français le faire gratuitement du faite quon a déjà payé!
