Description
It's real. And so is your way through.
If you're on the twin flame journey, you already know how it feels: the recognition, the intensity, the separation, the silence that no one around you seems to understand. Your friends have run out of ways to listen. This app hasn't.
Remindfulness Twin Flame is a gentle companion for the inner work of the journey. It runs quietly in the background and sends beautiful reminders through your day, mantras and micro-practices that call you out of the ache of waiting and back into presence, self-love, and connection with your Source.
The twin flame journey is a spiritual one, not a romantic one, though there can be plenty of romance along the way. This app supports the understanding that the journey's true purpose is your own awakening: coming into union with your own soul first, spending more time in the present moment and less in the judgment, fear, and endless analysis of the egoic mind. The reminders are written for the one doing the conscious work of the connection, the Divine Feminine in any body, and they will meet you exactly where the journey has you today.
These reminders don't feed the obsession, the checking, the chasing, the reading of signs. They lovingly turn you back toward the one person on this path you can actually heal: you.
FEATURES
- Over 100 reminders written specifically for the twin flame journey: unity consciousness, self-love, surrender, boundaries, presence, and coming home to yourself.
- A palette of unique alert sounds, many named for the journey itself, plus a Random option.
- Time reminders to arrive at regular intervals, or choose random timing and how many arrive within your chosen time frame.
- Custom reminder editor for writing your own mantras. Then tell the app to use ours, yours, or a mixture of both.
- Import a whole list of your own mantras at once. Paste a column from a spreadsheet, or a list from your notes, one per line.
- Back up your mantras with a tap, then restore them any time through Import.
- Auto suspend and resume sleeps the app overnight and wakes it with you in the morning.
- A Help button on the Reminder screen links to a video technique that supports the practices.
- Share any reminder with a fellow traveler via email or text message.
Customization lets you shape the app around your day. Choose whether reminders arrive with a sound, and which one. Choose random timing, and how many reminders you'd like, or pick a regular interval. Suspend the app while you sleep, and reminders resume by themselves in the morning.
NOTE: For the best experience, allow notifications for this app in your device's Settings > Notifications, and open a reminder from time to time; iOS quietly pauses notifications from apps whose alerts are never viewed.
Please enjoy this edition of Remindfulness. It was created to help you return, throughout your day, to the present moment, and to yourself.
