Reminisce - Journal at Mac App Store analyse

This app is just great, it’s simple to use and so pleasing to the eyes. There aren’t too many features, no adds and no stupid “sharing” options everywhere. And when you have to type your password it is such a pleasure not to be obligated to click so many buttons or to be bothered with ugly designs : just type the password and you’re in. It sounds obvious, but it is not to all the other apps. What a pleasure to write in there every night (But when’s the iPhone version ??)

To record my thoughts, I wanted an app that was simple enough, where I created as many entries as I wanted, added some tags, a picture once a while and that’s it. Then it had to allow me to navigate by date and tags. And it had to do this simple task without getting in the way, meaning that I wanted to focus on my thoughts rather than the app. This app does that and then some. I like it and recommend for those who want to keep it simple.

The app has almost everything you need in a journal app. Due to the great and simple design, it is much easer and faster to use than some competitor apps.

I was looking for an app, which would serve as a journal, for daily reflections…this does the trick. You can type text, add pictures/emoji, alter fonts, create file folders/categories for each entry, even add a location (with maps). I very much enjoy this app as a personal journal. No complaints.

I just wanted to thank the developers of this app for a job well done. It’s easy to use and gives me the ability to capture my thoughts quickly and easily when I want to and the chance to capture images, star ratings and moods for the day. The only thing I would love to see added is video and audio, which when I made a suggestion tonight, I had a response within 3 minutes of me submitting it. This is an application developer who cares about their product and the feedback from their clients. I would have given it a 4/5 stars before but with the response from the developer so quickly, this easily turned it into a 5/5. Great work and looking forward to your new releases. Cheers

Says it is free app but only lets you do about 10 journal entries until it forces you to upgrade. Don’t bother.
