Description
Rent Pro-Rater makes calculating mid-month rent prorations easier. Use the Quick Calc. function to calculate prorated rent, parking, storage, or other user defined items. You can define default calculation setting based on: actual days in the month, 360 day year, or 365 day year. Calculate move-in, move-out, or move-out refund calculations easily and quickly.
You can also setup property based calculations. Define your property(s) and unit type(s) , by setting up default rent, parking, storage, or other user defined preset billable amounts. Then use the Property Calc. function to calculate the prorated rent due at move in or move out, without having to remember that unit type’s rent amounts.
No more struggling to determine the amount due at move in, the amount due in the month of move out, or the refund amount due at move out, let Rent Pro-Rater do the work for you. Rent Pro-Rater makes giving a prospective tenant an easy and quick quote, or verifying that your property management software is actually prorating or refunding the correct amount at move in or move out.
