Description
RepBetter runs in-store demos and sampling events end to end — for the brand ambassadors working the floor and the agencies scheduling them.
FOR REPS AND BRAND AMBASSADORS
• Today at a glance — your upcoming events and open tasks in one place
• One-tap check-in and check-out, with your time clock always visible
• Shift reports in minutes: units sampled and sold, shoppers engaged, notes, and photos straight from your camera
• Pick up extra work — browse open events that match your profile and raise your hand
• Push notifications the moment a shift is assigned, changed, or cancelled
• Automatic mileage tracking for every demo you work
• Works offline on the floor — reports queue and send when you're back on signal
FOR AGENCIES AND SCHEDULERS
• A live calendar of every demo, color-coded by status
• Assign reps directly or broadcast open events to matching reps
• Review submitted reports, request changes, and sign off
• Geofenced check-ins flag attendance issues automatically
• Track team hours, tasks, and mileage without spreadsheets
FOR BRANDS
• A read-only dashboard with units sold, demos completed, and trends by chain and manager
RepBetter accounts are provisioned by your agency — if your team runs events with RepBetter, sign in with the credentials your coordinator sent you. Questions? Contact admin@repbetter.com.
