Description
The Report Incidence App allows to keep the team of maintenance, support and communication always informed when an incident occurs.
The application lets you record and send email notices about the status of the incidents occurred and generates a visual and audible alert at the time that the email should be sent with tracking the current status of the incident.
You can create templates that will make it easier to report errors or incidents via email.
It also provides the ability to record basic data technicians are available for incident resolution.
