Rest is a simple but powerful OS X app that sits in your menubar and reminds you to take a break to improve your productivity and keep your eyes healthy.

Use our hand-picked sounds & images for your breaks or supply your own. Easily postpone your breaks, or just take them early. Everything works beautifully and seamlessly.

◆ Pomodoro support. With custom intervals and an optional longer 4th break, you can use the Pomodoro time management technique with Rest.
