It allows you to enter a distance. It also allows you to enter a distance and the app will calculate the difference and record it. In addition, it saves the adjustment factor, to ease any future adjustments. Retro-fit is integrated with Apples Heath App and Apples HeathKit interface to retrieve existing exercise information and lets you enter new entries to adjust that information.
