Rice university used to have a basic shuttle locator system which worked so well. Just showing you where the shuttles were, thats all we need! Since they moved to this app, lets say I walk a lot more: by the time it uploads the routes, and bus location, I can cross campus on foot. Its crazy slow, making it pretty much useless. It sometime doesnt remember which map I use + it doesnt save which shuttle I want to see, wasting more of my time while the shuttles keep on moving. I honestly think anyone could come up with a better interface and more efficient app. I cant believe my university paid for this.
Never Loads
Bad. Very bad.
Very slow to load
Very slow to load even with a proper connection to the cell service. Please update. Sometimes it works and other times it just keeps loading. It works half the time.
This app is 100% a waste of my time
I used to use the Rice shuttle map to see where the shuttle was located- it takes me 5 min to walk to the stop from my office. Now to catch the shuttle I must go to the stop 20 minutes early to ensure I dont miss the shuttle since every time I try to open the app it simply will not pass the loading screen. What a waste of time and money

Why did you guys remove lax shuttle bus locator!
UI is atrocious
Theres so much going on with the UI and no simplicity to the app. Very overwhelming at first.
Doesnt Open
I am writing this review to inform users that, while the app itself is very useful, it unfortunately does not always work. The app will often times load until it crashes, without ever displaying bus routes. This is a newer problem within the app. Hopefully the company who created this app can fix the issue within the near future. The app is incredibly helpful when it is working, but consistency is key.
