Planning to visit multiple leads in one day and looking for the best way to do it? We’ve got you covered. The AI-powered Route Planner automatically builds the optimal route for you, calculating the overall travel time, based on the most up-to-date traffic data.
No need to hop between your map applications and your CRM contact list. With the Route Planner, you can simply select the contacts you want to visit from your Starred list or the ones with the Next Actions scheduled for Today. We’ll automatically arrange them into an optimal list and will navigate you from one stop to another. You can set the average time required for a meeting, and we’ll factor it in your overall visit time, so you can plan the rest of your day accordingly. You focus on your winning pitch and your meetings, we’ll take care of getting you there as fast as possible.
SPEED DIALER:
Keep your top CRM contacts on speed dial and easily ring them up straight from the On the Road app. Want to give the leads you’re planning to visit a quick confirmation call? Or, perhaps, you intended to follow up with some hot prospects today but had to hit the road? No problem. With the Speed Dialer, you can quickly call your contacts from the Starred list or the ones with the Next Actions scheduled for Today. Simply pull over, dial them straight from the app, and log the call result, while the details are fresh in your memory. You can also leave a quick note for yourself or @ mention another member of your team, so they get instantly notified and can help out. If you forget or aren’t able to log the call result, don’t worry. We’ll send you a quick notification with a reminder, so you can add it when you’re back at your desk.
