In order to download Romo, you need to purchase it on a modern iPhone and then on your old device open the App Store app, go to Updates->Purchased->Not on This iPhone->Romo and tap on the Download (cloud) icon. You will get a prompt to "download the last compatible version".

This app requires the Romo hardware accessory, available for purchase online.
