RR WorkTracker at Mac App Store analyse

What is this about? Tracking the work on construction side has never been this easy. WorkTracker helps accomplish this with just a few intuitive clicks. The app was developed to assist companies by simplifying their work and providing real time data. We do this by giving to the worker supervisor on spot a tool with which he can assign the work of the workers with the worked hours on different activities to projects. How does it work? On a webfrontend the owner or the responsible staff member can verify in realtime the work of his employees which will be registerd on the iOS App by his supervisors. How to setup the System? Before starting to record the working hours in the application the responsible staff member has to create in the WorkTracker web frontend the supervisors. When creating them the desired supervisor user credentials will be defined. The next step will be the insertion of following: - workers - projects - work categories with the belonging activities. A cost and a price of the activities can be defined in this area as well to allow a realtime cost calculation in the report section. How to use the App? With the supervisor user credential the supervisor can access the app. The information inserted in the WorkTracker frontend will be available in realtime in the application. The supervisor can start to insert the worked hours by choosing first the date and than the project. Now one or more workers can be selected and added the worked hours to the different accomplished activities. After saving this data they can be send to the backend. Work Reports In the WorkTracker web frontend now the responsible staff member can filter the work done in different projects, from different workers, on different dates. The filtered data can than be exported if needed to Excel for further processing. The status of the workers and the project can be changed from active to inactive in case a worker quits the job or a project is completed. An inactive worker o project wont be visible anymore on the Application to have there displayed only the most needed data.
