RSS Menu is a systemwide menu that allows you to read and organize your favourite RSS, Atom and/or JSON feeds.
The articles are automatically updated and you will get a notification when new articles are available or when some other event occurs. In addition to visual notification, you can also enable speech notification and choose one of the many built in voices.

Simple et efficace
Prometteur mais instable en l
Ayant récemment installé cet application, qui sur le papier a des atouts, notamment la discrétion de licône dans la barre de menu et les notifications growl ainsi que la possibilité dimporter ses propres flux sous forme de fichier opml, seulement voilà, lorsque je tente justement dimporter un tel fichier, deux cas se présentent: le premier, je clique sur "Import Feeds", et il ne se passe rien ; le deuxième, après avoir quitté lapplication et lavoir relancé, je clique sur "Import Feeds", et là jai la fenêtre du Finder qui doit me permettre de choisir le fichier qui apparaît, mais le gros soucis cest que elle disparaît aussitôt. Je vous laisse donc vous faire votre propre opinion, sachant que je possède un Mac Pro haut de gamme et quil nest pas en cause. Sinon linterface de lappli semble prometteuse, certainement un bon potentiel, mais des défauts de jeunesse, qui je lespère seront résolus après contact avec le développeur. 3 étoiles pour encourager le développeur, 4 ou 5 lorsque lappli fonctionnera sans bug.

Ive used this app for several years. It was working flawless. Decided to purchase this version (had doneted before), and it constantely crashes at launch on my iMac running 10.6.8. Deleted all the files related to RSS Menu, nothing helps. Reverted to 1.1.12. No good.!!
Instable
Instable, ne fait que planter sous 10.6.8 En plus il pert ses reglages et les flus rss qui vont avec.... Vite ! Une mise a jour !
Nice an simple
Its a nice and simple RSS reader like in the first days of RSS. The option to use the default RSS feed icon in the menu is a nice touch. I use this to keep an eye on urgent updates, i.e. "server down", in addition to my regular news feed in Google Reader. One thing that would make this perfect for me is an option to "Show all items in a flat list, dont groups by feed)" Thank you.
i liked this until discover the Gruml
I liked to use RSS Menu (specially because of the location at menu bar), but it was always terrible the lack of sync with Google Reader.. so now (even though I lost 1,99$) Im just using the Gruml, which was free, it has a good interface and let me sync with GR - so I dont need to delete or mark as read in several places (iPad, iPhone, and Mac).. I hope you develop this better in future..
