Description
RSVPay is for groups that meet up regularly — pickup sports, run clubs, supper clubs, the friends who always say "we should do this more often."
Organizing those costs money, and someone always fronts it. RSVPay puts the payment where the commitment is: the RSVP is the payment. No more chasing people afterward.
HOW IT WORKS
Create an event with a price per person and how many spots there are. People reserve a spot by paying for it. Money is held until after the event, then paid out to the organizer.
SET A MINIMUM
Need eight people for the court booking to make sense? Set a minimum. If it isn't met, the event is cancelled automatically and everyone is refunded.
GROUPS THAT STICK AROUND
Make a group once and it keeps its members, its events, and its history. No re-creating a chat thread every week.
ALSO INSIDE
• Chat in every group and every event, plus a shared photo album on each event
• Bring lists for potlucks and gear
• QR check-in at the door
• Waitlists that tell people the moment a spot frees up
• Reminders so people actually show up
Payments are processed by Stripe. RSVPay never sees or stores your card details.
