Great app, love the Christian features
HORRIBLE
If I could I would give them zero stars! I signed up and tried the free trial, only my counselor Lisa Benivados or whatever never showed up, 7 days went by and not a word. I contracted the support and they claimed, I could get my trial again and connect with someone they guaranteed to show...but now the Co-Founder Josh, is claiming they can’t do anything about it and wants me to instead pay to speak with a counselor, and they will match what I can pay but I have to pick a plan all of which is over $100. This is completely insane, why do I have to pay because they didn’t make sure the people they have can show up! I’d watch out if I were you, cause if it happened to me it’ll happen to you!
Progression.
This app really does help one see their progress and/or lack of progress. If one just uses it as a compulsive thing then it won’t help. It’s great that the app reminds you daily to check in.
Essential
This app has been essential to my recovery efforts. Its simple to use, put you in contact with others who are seeking recovery, and provides accountability.
Avoid — scammers
I thought this would be a great app based on the concept. Not so. I paid for a subscription that never activated. Then got charged for a purchase I never made. Avoid this app!
Annoyed by all the glitches
Mainly, can’t get the “6” badge notification to leave my “To-Do List” tab. I have nothing to do. It’s empty. Leave me alone about it...
Buggy
Good app but can be buggy. Recent changes make it harder to find others in the comments.
