The R&A’s Official Rules App for the iPhone and iPad offers you the complete package, covering every issue that can arise in a round of golf. From on-course behaviour, through a summary of the fundamental Rules, to the complete Rules of Golf (effective January 2016), you’ll soon find the answer you’re looking for. The Quick Guide to the Rules will make sure that you know what to do if you find yourself in any of the most frequently-occurring Rules scenarios. Designed for quick and easy reference, the Guide is fully illustrated and contains numerous images, diagrams and video footage. You’ll also find a guide to the essential Etiquette of the game, in which two-time Open Champion Padraig Harrington explains the rights and wrongs relating to pace of play, care of the course, and consideration for other golf course users. Should you need more detail, the complete Rules of Golf (effective January 2016), will cover every eventuality, and once you’ve become an expert, you can test yourself with an interactive Rules quiz. You might just save a couple of strokes…

Alles, was man auf dem Golfplatz wissen muss sehr uebersichtlich und gut verpackt. Klasse, dass es zu den Regeln auch Fotos und kleine Videoclips gibt. Jetzt aergere ich mich nur noch, dass ich ca. 2 Wochen vor Erscheinungsdatum iRules fuer 7,99 € gekauft habe.

Sehr schön gemachtes App. Schade dass sich der deutsche golfverband noch nicht für eine entsprechende deutsche Version entschließen konnte. Die Vorlage ist da. Es wäre also einfach eine deutsche Version anzubieten. Ich freue mich schon auf diese ...

Was nix kostet ist nix wert

Die App kann nicht viel mehr als das offizielle Regelbuch und ist dazu nur in englisch verfügbar. Ich finde sie wenig hilfreich und unübersichtlich. Da finde ich meine 7,99 für igolfrules hervorragend angelegt! Für Leute, denen 7,99 weh tut, ist die gratisapp freilich eine alternative ... Aber merke: was nix kostet, ist nix wert!
