Love running? Here is an app for you.
Improve your running form by using our app while running.
How it works?
It provides you a specific running exercise in two phases:
A. 5 minutes of normal running
B. 1 minute of exercise running
While in phase A (5 minutes - normal) our app will analyze your running dynamics. Thats it. Nothing else!
While in phase B (1 minute - exercise) our app will provide an audio feedback to help you increase your running frequency. In this way you will be able to avoid subconscious decline in your running frequency and thus unnecessary wasting energy.
* Two beeps: speed up
* One beep: slow down
Easy to use:
1. Start the app and click Start Running
2. Place your phone in the pocket & start running
Track your run:
Run Ace includes a steps counter to let you know how many steps you made.
Please note: Run Ace cant run in the background. Keep the app running. The display will turn off automatically.
