Description
This is the perfect running companion! Choose from a selection of training programs, theres one for you whether youre looking forward to improve your endurance or you just want to have fun.
During your training, when its time to change the intensity, a visual and audio cue will let you know. The application also takes care of changing the music to fit the evolution of your training program. Quieter songs for warm up, then power songs for the sprints? You decide. You can match each level of intensity with a playlist or a song from your music library.
The training screen displays the time left in the program and the time left in the current section. You can change it so it displays the elapsed time instead. The playing song is also displayed; touch it if you want to skip to the next song. Touching the section name enables you to skip the section. Touching the intensity graph will reveal the next three sections.
Once youre familiar with the built-in programs, you can start building your own! Theres an editor for that. You can add any number of sections, each with a different intensity and duration. Its all up to you! You can also use the 10 editable intensities to add personalized cues and instructions to your programs.
Each training session is automatically logged into your training history. Every completed session will save the date, duration and program name. Consult the overview to find out how many hours youve been training since the beginning.
