• Upcoming trips: Drivers can view all the upcoming assigned trips with details such as pickup time and location on the Safetrax Pulse dashboard.
• Pickup & Drop Details: Drivers can view the list of employee details along with their pickup & drop location information.
• Navigation: Drivers can pick up and drop off employees easily by following the visual and vocal instructions on the live-streamed map.
• Notifications: Drivers will receive real-time updates on upcoming trips, trip modifications, etc.
• SOS Button: Drivers can use the SOS button during the trip in case of conflict with or between employees, vehicle breakdown or any other emergency.
• Help & Support: Safetrax Pulse allows drivers to connect via in-app calling with the concerned transportation help desk anytime.
