Description
A healthy lifestyle is a prime concern for all our children and to achieve this objective, a collective responsibility needs to be assumed. We involve teachers, caregivers and parents to help with this endeavour. Our clubs offer food education, childrens yoga and age appropriate meditation. Alongside this is the chance to cook healthy recipes, learn about sustainable food choices and growing food in our garden. We also help kids realise techniques to de-stress and give them an opportunity to get involved in awareness campaigns.
