The SAToolz for OPTUS Satellite Finder makes it easy to determine the best location to setup your OPTUS satellite dish or OPTUS mobile satellite dish. This application will quickly allow you to determine if you have line of sight at your current location. This app allows you to see if there are any obstructions in the way prior to placing your dish such as trees or buildings. Use this app when camping, RVing, tailgating, home or professional installers. Use it anytime you need to know if those trees, buildings or any type of obstacle might be in the way. The following OPTUS satellites are supported: Optus-10 164°e, Optus D3 156°e, Optus D2 152°e, Optus D1 160°e, Optus C1 156°e and Optus B3 164°e. This is accomplished by using the iPhones built in video camera with an overlay of all the OPTUS satellites as dots in the sky. To use, simply point your iPhone towards the sky and see on the live video screen. The OPTUS satellites will show up as red dots as you move the video camera around, allowing you to quickly and easily determine if there are any obstructions in the way, like trees or buildings.
