The transpose buttons let you practise songs in whatever key suits your own vocal range, meaning you can develop your own voice as a real instrument.

Operation:
Volume is controlled by the ringers and alerts volume slider, found in your phones main Settings then Sounds menu.
The app works well with a stylus; easier to see the keys, more precise tapping.
Use earphones, the piano sounds are much nicer in stereo and its actually a fun app to play anywhere when you have a melody to work on.
Have just one earbud in when youre using the app for singing practise, lets you hear yourself and the app together.
