Whether you're auditing a warehouse, reconciling stock in a retail backroom, or tracking parts in the field, ScanCount replaces the clipboards, spreadsheets, and manual data entry. Start a count, scan barcodes as you go, enter quantities, and email the finished report. That's it.
ScanCount is built for individuals and businesses — warehouse staff, inventory managers, field technicians, shop owners, and anyone who needs counts done quickly and accurately. No training required.
FEATURES
• Barcode scanning — Point your camera at a barcode, log the quantity, and move on. Manual entry is also supported when a barcode won't scan.
• Simple cycle count workflow — Name your location, capture counts one by one, and finish when you're done. No setup, no configuration, no clutter.
• Emailed reports — Send the finished count to any email address. No exporting, no formatting, no follow-up in a spreadsheet.
• Location tagging — Each count is tagged with the location where it was performed, so reports reflect where the inventory actually lives.
PRICING
Your first 3 cycle counts are free. After that, a subscription is required to continue. Subscriptions are purchased securely through Stripe, and you can start a subscription from inside the app.
