Visualize Your Shift Schedule From Jeff: Please dont put questions or suggestions in a review -- theres no way for me to reply directly to you. Instead. use the in-app email buttons (on the Help tab), or send to [email protected]. If your schedule varies from week to week, keeping track of your working days can be a chore, and it’s often difficult to quickly figure out when you’ll be on-duty weeks or months in the future. Scheduler to the rescue! Designed for public-service employees such as police officers, firefighters and health-care workers — anyone who works an unusual but predictable schedule — Scheduler always shows your schedule for the next six years from “today.” Common shift schedules are built-in, such as the “Berkeley” (a.k.a. “California”), “48-96” and “Dupont,” but you can easily change them or create other repeating schedules covering any number of days. See the screenshots (here and on the web site) for some examples. And there’s even a “Doofus” mode for showing irregular schedules (e.g., health-care workers). If your spouse/partner works a shift schedule, too, you can have that entirely different rotation appear on the calendar with yours. This will help you organize family activities such as vacations and day-care. Features: • Displays your schedule for the next six years, including vacations and holidays. • Perfect for public-service workers such as police officers and firefighters. • Records trades (swaps). Tracks hours earned or owed on a person-by-person basis. • Formats emails for sending out trade offers and approval requests. • Maintains a record of your OT hours. • Tracks your vacation time: automatically computes hours earned and shows weekly balances. Also records and totals sick time. • Logs “events” with date, time and location — you can edit the title, text, and location details when you have time. • Overlays an entirely separate schedule for your spouse/partner to help you coordinate your lives. • Adjustable colors for shifts, vacations, Kelly days, holidays, etc. • Mark special days such as Kellys, paydays, “early” shifts, or training days. • Countdown to retirement. • Extensive Help pages for every feature and screen; indexed. • Includes UK Rota features for London train and bus drivers. Notes: 1. You *can* enter a custom schedule. 2. You *can* set the text that appears on each day. 3. You *can* enter very long rotations. 4. Für Schichtarbeiter ein Pflichtkauf!

Ich arbeite im Schichtdienst und wollte schon immer ein App um mein Dienstplan einzutragen, dafür gibt es ja schon einige Programme. Doch mit diesem App kann ich auch den Dienstplan meines Partners anzeigen lassen und so auf einem Blick sehen wie wir heute/morgen/nächsten Monat arbeiten. Auch kann man hier seine Überstunden eintragen, Feiertage anzeigen lassen, Geburtstage markieren... Und der Support hat mir innerhalb 20 Min. geantwortet und geholfen... daher ganz klar: 5 Sterne!!

Japprécie beaucoup le repérage instantané des journées de garde par les codes de couleur. Le maniement des fonctions est assez facile grâce à la section "Help". Tout ce qui manque cest la possibilité dy intégrer un symbole (astérisque, étoile, etc) pour nous rappeler les réunions importantes à même le calendrier plutôt que dans le sous menu "Event". Love it for its colourful display which makes it easy to grasp my call schedule in a few seconds. Wish there was a way to superimpose a symbol onto the main calendar in order to be aware of important meetings. Merci

Very good but please add some features

Overall a very good app once you figure it out. A little confusing off the start but great once you spend time with it. Please add a function so you can add work days outside of your regular schedule that are not trades (ie volunteer hours, second job, etc). It would be nice to color these days seperately from your regular schedule for easy recognition. It would also be nice if these days counted towards your weekly/monthly hourly totals. These days should also be able to be added on the same days of your regular schedule (ie volunteer during the day, work at night). It would also be nice if you could color the trades working and trades not working seperately to recognize them easily.

Played around, definitely needed to read the instructions, but I got all 5 Toronto police platoons on, paydays, holidays, can use the markers to record court, overtime paid duties, save assigned days off, regular days off attached to leave days. It would be nice to have a roster page to record colleagues need to know info like badge numbers, platoon, company email, cells, to avoid having it all mixed in with the iPhone contacts. Also to be able to save audio/video/foto inside app with ability to email back to mother ship.

After working shift for 25 year this is the first application I have ever seen that can do it all. Regular schedule, vacation, EDOs, paydays, training days and much more. There isnt anything that I have thrown at it it cant do yet. Also will show your schedule for the next two years. Very configurable, able to see co-worker schedules. Keep track of your hours, trades, overtime and kelly days.

Bought it after reading TPS review. We work odd ball shifts and hours. Just played with the features and set up was easy. Only took couple hours to figure out.

The seller for me on this one was the color coding for my days and nights, and the fact that u can plan ahead well in advance. I would however like a feature to sync this with my iCal on my MacBook pro. 4 starts because the price! Not bad but would have liked a 1.99 price tag more. Hope to see some updates and cool features! Great app!!
